I liked the breakfast buffet, the gym, the pool was ok but could be larger, the location was great, the staff were all very nice. Only wish the pool was larger.

Location Internet does not work in the rooms, tried to work from the lobby and it was too loud. If you need reliable internet, that’s not the place to stay.

Breakfast was good. Location was excellent. The hotel had a very nice atmosphere. The staff was very helpful.

Excellent location, right by the Dimond Mall, and open market. Felt safe! Staff (Rfaeka & Ellen) were helpful with places to go, directions, and anything needed. All needs were covered in the room, and it was clean. Great view of the city.

Friendly service and overall an excellent hotel in a quiet but convenient location for La Recoleta district The hotel could be more eco friendly with no need to change towels and toilet rolls daily.

The breakfast was solid. However, the options are repetitive and can become boring after a couple days. The staff were always helpful. The guy operating the breakfast area is incredible. He spoke to me by name each day! The internet in my suite was simply deplorable. It still barely worked even after several complaints and maintenance coming to fix it.
