Had no towels in the room. Had a blood or something red on a sheet. Hair in the bathtub and on the wall of the bathtub.

She gave us a universal remote and it did not work either. Our beds were comfy. The nice lady at the front desk was doing two jobs checking people in and running the laundry area. She needed some help.. The King Family Virginia .

Let the front desk know before we left. She said it might have been a leak from the air conditioner. No, it wasn’t even near the air conditioner, I told her than silence.

Poor food selection and quality. Most food was gone when we went for breakfast during breakfast hours, and, not replaced. Very disappointing.

The bed was very comfortable Our Tub never drained... the floor was dirty....as well as the carpets need a deep wash....and the battery on the door died

Staff was great. Facility is clean, just outdated. Room was clean and the bed is your motel hard bed. Would stay again.

Seemed to be a decent place to stay until we entered the bathroom. The shower had hair all over, the walls, gross!!!

Even though we had made our reservation months ago, the hotel said they would not have a room available for over an hour. And this was 930 at night!!! I assume they overbooked so we had them cancel the reservation and went to another hotel

they had a problem with employees not showing up so we got there at 10 pm and didn't get a room until 10:30. the sheets looked like they hadn't been washed from the last visitors.
