The office lady was very disrespectful and lied about being blind and deaf. I would never recommend this establishment.

When you reserve a room through a 3rd party, why would front desk say they are no rooms available for non smoking

The ac worked great. I ask for a 1st floor room at check in. He said it was. But it was on the 2nd floor. No elevator. The floors were dirty. My feet were dirty after walking around the room for awhile. Apparently some people live there, was kind of leary of the residents who were hanging around the rooms. Doors open and music loud at like midnight.

The location. Dirty room.. Used hotel shampoo bottle. Uncomfortable beds. Low water pressure in the shower.

it can use some detail cleaning like the walls and door. the whole room. the walls and door were stained

There was a bag of trash left in front of our room that was never picked up. The breakfast could use more options of fruit. The location is near the highway which is convenient

Not much. It was filthy!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.For this price it is a excellent place to stay. The Continental breakfast was minimal but we were not there to eat.Cofee was always available which I appreciated.

Lit. The upper walkway was disgustingly dirty from spills. The room was okay, safe but the bathroom was gross to me. A plus there were no roaches….. tv worked well pillows were not good, no fitted sheet just a flat sheet kind of gross. They do have a washer and dryers that were nice. The office smelt old or something… they could have a really nice property, and whatever they clean the floor with is sticky and my socks were gross. They do have break fast but never tried.

Filters in the air conditioner were disgusting. Breakfast is ok for waffles and cereal. Staff stays to themselves and the front desk worker got mad when I asked for new towels the afternoon of my second day staying there because I didn't get them when the maid came around because I was sleeping .

I would stay here again. The rooms were clean and updated a/c worked good. Beds were ok could use better pillows. The breakfast was not very good.

Location and price

I have stayed there many times. Had no problems i had my wallet stolen but I had a picture on my phone and the confirmation number. Wouldn't let me stay there this was around 10 pm. I had drove from kansas was exhausted. Couldn't get another room didnt have the money to pay to go somewhere else. Had to stop at a rest area for a couple hours. Had to drive 5 more hours to get home. So I will never stay there again. Very rude of them.
