Very clean. Beds are comfortable. Location is convenient to concert venue View from 3rd floor faced west and was of an ugly rooftop of vents and fans. There was some kind of constant motor cycling up and down the entire time. Very bad coffee setup. Only paper cups in the room. The worst was the surprise charge of parking for $12 a night !!!! That is crazy, and we were there just about a year ago and that wasn't a charge. I would have expected more from a Hilton chain motel

The staff was friendly and very helpful. They were quick to repair the air conditioning unit as soon as I mentioned that it was making an odd sound that woke me up the previous night, and all was right as rain before I got back to my room. There was nothing that I didn't like. The stay was very comfortable.
