Great staff. Good views. Amenities seemed amazing, but I wasn’t there for those. Maintenance guy, Matt, was super sweet and helped me with my luggage after an injury. My only reason for 4 stars is I didn’t expect to get the time-share pitch when checking in. Be aware. Seems there are alt booking options, as my friends didn’t have that same issue.

The place was nice and so was the area. The jet tube was nasty. Tried to run it at least 10 times and nasty black chunks kept coming out of it so I never used to the tub because it was gross.

I am a repeated traveler. I love this place since I was a young lady. Now I am close to retiring and enjoyed staying in our 2 room condo with family. If you have troubles climbing stairs, make sure you ask for a bottom unit. No elevators. The rooms are cozy and the beds are comfortable. Our room is or was big enough for three adults.

The location and grounds are great. The suite was clean and tidy. It's fairly reasonably priced. Plenty of outlets including 2 USB by the bed. The bathrooms are TINY. You can't close or open the bathroom door while sitting on the toilet. The paper products are a bit too cheap as are the toiletries. No blackout curtains in the bedroom, only blinds. If you like it dark like we do, good luck... The cheap, plastic-y carpet is noisy to walk on and disturbs people trying to sleep. The wall mounted thermostats are nightlight bright. If you like it dark.... Wood burning, not gas fireplace? Fine if it's a truly rustic "cabin", but surprising at a "resort" suite.

The pools and hut tubs were clean and warm, its 15 minutes from skiing, the area is surrounded by forest, the kitchen and fireplace made the evenings nice The shut down the primary water main one evening

I liked the proximity to the ski mountain, but it was ruined by the fact that there was no breakfast available, and never mentioned that while checking in, so we didn’t prepare… then offered a danish pastry in the lobby but then charged us!! And is was stale and un-eatable!! There were some fun things for the kids to do, like swim and mini golf; but the mini golf course was completely in cared for…

The hot tub is great, and the dryer is so convenient. Especially after you ski.
