Did not like anything about the property or the management of the property. As every information provided was incorrect, the room i booked looked very well presented and was hoping for a nice view. Totally wrong, it only had a window where i could see the Servo (petrol station) where construction was going on. Did not like the staff attitude "Vivek" was very rude when we went to talk to him about the room not meeting what was sold to us. Vivek was abrupt and said you can cancel it and go somewhere else straight away, even without considering the implications of cancelling the booking. There was no other property available at the time. We then told him the furniture was old, sunken bed, and the worst the SPA tub with mold and cracks, no curtains. Even the aircon was ineffective, bed heaters for the main bed did not work. You name it , everything was just wrong with this place. One of the days we asked our room to be cleaned and tidied up , but when we came, they did not vacuum, left old towels in, did not take the cups, did not clean the bathroom etc. I also did not like the fact that we book it through BOOKING.COM , but there is no direct contact for Booking management to talk to about the property. It was a very difficult situation we had to face with such staff and no support. I have attached pictures to show, what i booked and what i got. I should get a full refund for this. There was no exhaust in the bathroom, which meant after shower the steam would totally wet the bathroom for hours and we had to leave the doors open. There were moths in the shower. Disgusting The response the property manager Vivek has given " Mitesh only came here for free of charge accommodation" is a lie and should be taken to fair trade as i had already paid in full before i arrived. Booking.com should now look into this matter and remove this property and refund me in full.

Rooms were well kept On both nights of our stay there were other hotel guests roaming around between the hours 3am and 6 am talking and arguing without any consideration of noise level. After speaking with our host, she said that there wasn't anything else shou could do.

Friendly staff and exceptionally clean rooms. Its our second stay here and we will be staying each time we return to Bendigo.

Large shower above spa. Plenty of storage. Full length mirror and huge bathroom. Lift to rooms upstairs and pool area. Staff made check in super easy Friendly staff 0

The shower wasn't clean and got woken up to some idiot smoking setting off the fire alarm

Nice big room , clean and comfortable. A little bit out if town. Car is needed as only one real place to eat nearby.Staff very helpful

The room was cleaned everyday with new towels and acessories I really cant pick on anything. Everything was in its place

Nice spacious room, nice furniture, nice pool and terrace seating area, had a lift, and I liked that the room was serviced after the first night of a two night stay, which is unfortunately not common! Some smoking on the terrace, but not really any other area for this. Beds were comfy enough, but not super comfy.

large room with a balcony over the front of the motel, undercover parking and a fast lift to level 1. Wasnt given the password to wife, bathroom wasnt clean as possiable, and didnt have a roll of toilet paper in the holder, there was a spare roll near the mirror.

booked a spa room (bath) and got a room with no bath

The bathroom wasn't clean. The spa/shower we had was filthy. I did not feel comfortable about using the shower.

Convenient The air conditioning did not work properly

Staff were friendly and very helpful when we needed to change our check-in time. Room was clean and comfortable. Large shower with good water pressure. The room was very quiet for being on a main street. The place will be lovely once the renovations are complete. Pillows were far too soft for me (just a personal preference). Parking would be a bit tight if you have a larger vehicle.

Was being painted early morning Woke us up

Bed was comfortable enough. I indicated in my booking that I would be checking in between 4 and 5 pm, but they called me at 3 asking if I was still coming. The toilet had not been cleaned despite the 'sealed for your hygiene' sticker being placed on it. There were skidmarks on the seat and someone's old pubic hair still there. The shower was mouldy and whenever the water was used it resulted in a loud thumping sound from the walls. The pool was murky and not clean either. Overall the cleanliness was well below what should be expected.

It was relativey cheap and I was only looking for a "bed for the night". Room was clean and had everything I needed for an overnight stay While it suited my needs for this stay, I would not be using it for a "couples weekend away". It is clean and provides basic facilities (although the pool was green and unusable) I would not stay here for more than one night.
