Location was great - we had breakfast at Percy Percy's which is a bit of a tradition for us when we are in Bendigo. The air conditioner was a bit slow getting going, but did the job in the end.

The room was very clean and comfortable, I would highly recommend this place to any person travelling for work or personal reasons. The facilities are very well maintained, location is quiet and staff were very friendly. Would be great to have cutlery available in the room, however aside from that I had everything I needed.
