Instructions to find and get into the Studio room Bedding was completely inadequate. One stiff and heavy cotton quilt on a cold winter night. I slept very poorly. The whole unit was basically a stand alone "box" and not built out of brick like the rest of the motel rooms. No wonder the cold penetrated so much. The bedside lamps would be great in a restaurant or foyer, but giant unshaded light bulbs with very bright "filaments" cast shadows everywhere and do not light the room in a soft,,warm friendly manner, just created a contrast between shadows and intense brightness. Also, being unadjustable, I could not direct the brightness where I wanted either, e.g. for reading. The bathroom basin was a huge bowl with nowhere to put the soap, and the tap and hand towel were too far away so water dripped everywhere. The toilet seat was broken.I did not see any staff while I was there, just received instructions. I received the info about ordering breakfast while I was in transit and unable to respond, and because the cut off was 5 PM I missed out on breakfast the next day. A post it note on the census form letting me know I could leave it at the office would have been nice. As it was, because I was not sure, I did it online.

The rooms were all comfortable and cosy. I hadn't realised to make the booking to be placed on an extra level. The Car Parking was very limited and was upsetting to park in a back gravel street.

They had not one but two different breakfast options! All reasonably priced and lovely. The keyless entry system was very welcoming and easy to use. Well stocked mini bar & great shower pressure. Had to go upstairs… first world problem. Parking was limited and a bit tight for my work Ute.

The motel was in a great location as we had a function next door at a hotel and the room was good.
