The location was conveniently close to the N12 motorway, yet no noise distraction occurred. We were visiting my wife's family, so were there only at night, which we knew would happen, and was fine. The hotel is conveniently close to a major shopping mall. The one complaint we had (with the toilet seat slipping out of its holding bracket on one side) we notified staff in the morning, and when we came back that evening, it had been repaid properly, so no complaints there.

Nothing Drove over multiple glass broken bottles in car par When told reception was told oh yes there were people throwing bottles We asked for it to be cleaned as we literally drove over them and didn’t know if we had damaged tyres and were told we would have to wait for gardeners on morning Snot and blood on walls Pee in loo Pubic hairs and filth in sink and shower Hairs in bed so slept in clothes and jacket on top of bed In morning asked again to have glass swept as would have to drive over glass again to leave and woman alone and they refused to help even when I offered to sweep myself if they gave me a broom I had to drive over glass again to leave woman alone 500kms from home to collect my 84 yrs old mother who has dementia and drive her 500 kms worrying that my tyres would go flat Party until down in morning so I couldn’t sleep Lights didn’t work in room Unbelievable bad experience

N/a I don't know if all rooms are designed like that but there was on overhead bed. I don't think it was necessary seeing I was traveling with only my partner and no kids. If was uncomfortable.

The place was clean .very comfortable and the staff was really nice and welcoming. I loved the fact that they helpful always The fact that it ddnt have a Bar fridge and the TV only place SABC channels and I was unable to connect and whatch Netflix

Location is perfect. Room 205 wasn't clean, except shower. The room toilet had a smell of cigarettes from the previous day, The rubbish bin still had trash from the previous day. Carpet dirty, dead coakroaches, and some running on the floor. I took images of the room condition. Coffee machine could not produce milk (apparently broken) No restaurant whithin the facility, not even a kiosk for snacks or beverages to buy. From the walk way upstairs encountered a bad smell ( unfresh air) I regret the stay deeply. .
