Nothing The hotel did not honour our booking and moved us to a sister property 7kms away. The manager did not even have the decency to call us back as promised. The mattress was terrible and should have been replaced years ago. The pillow is so big that it cannot be used for sleeping purposes. Coffee is not even offered. The provide cheap chicory rubbish and pretend it is Nescafe.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It needs an update, furniture and bathroom is outdated. Pillow case was torn. No aircon remote in the room. One towel in the bathroom. The hot water in the shower took about ten minutes before it heated up. No hairdryer. No Rooibos tea. Sliding door would not lock when we were on our way out to a wedding.

The rooms that I had confirmed and my mother went to view beforehand were not the rooms they stayed in. They didn't stay in the booked rooms. No one even offered to move them to the original rooms or give a discounted price for the shady rooms that my guests had to stay in.

Very friendly Staff and the reception lady Monlisa was absolutely incredible with her friendly service and always ready to help where she can. She went out of her way to make my stay an unforgettable time.
