I liked the location from Sesame Place and there was an excellent pizza place right across the street. I also cannot forget to mention Mrs. Helen who works the front desk!Very kind, sweet and very personable. She made our stay so welcoming and I advise anyone who visits the area to check them out! A little out dated but Mrs. Helen advised that there will be new carpet, floor tiles and walls will be repainted so that is great to hear.

Friendly staff Broken pull out sofa, no exhaust fan in bathroom, TV shut off ever 15 mins, elevator would not go down... only up, shampoo and conditioner bottles empty in shower, ice machine broken, no AC in fitness center, etc.

The beds , refrigerator, coffee machine and bathroom was in very bad condition , all around refrigerator the carpet was wet, coffee machine was very dirty, I’ll never stay again in this place .

i booked a non smoking room but was given a smoking room that smelled so bad

TVs in both rooms had some static on some channels. There was no light bulb in one of the lamps by the head of the bed. I don’t think I would stay there again.

The place was in an excellent location, making it easy for me to reach my destination. Breakfast was provided, saving me time to do other things. The staff was friendly and professional. The carpet in the hallway was very old and dirty and desperately needed to be replaced. The carpet in the room also needs to be upgraded.

The location of the hotel is excellent,the room is was in is super clean The parking lot should do away with damaged or motionless cars, they should give the outside environment more tidied up.

The management was great. Super kind and nice. This hotel needs a MAJOR refurbishment. Dirty old lampshades, torn chairs, window treatments with holes and dirty walls.

The location is good. I was fortunate to meet some good people I made written detailed suggestions. Out of place of caring. I just wished the communication was better & I didnt get some burnt out at times
