During my stay at this hotel, I faced several major issues: The toilet flush was not working properly and the sound of dripping water continued all night. Despite being a four-star hotel, no breakfast was provided. The access to the hotel was very inconvenient and could only be reached by private car. Noise from the upper floor, neighboring rooms, and even the hallways was clearly audible, making it impossible to relax in the room. Overall, the experience did not meet the standards of a four-star hotel.

It's a large hotel with a spacious parking area and generally meets expectations. It's far from the center of Bologna—if you have a car, it's not too far, but don't expect convenient public transportation. I was here for a trade fair and had a car, so it met my needs in that regard. The elevator waiting time is excessively long. Breakfast quality is disappointing—especially the pastries, which are not fresh. This is particularly surprising and unreasonable for a hotel in Italy. Additionally, the WiFi does not work at all during the night hours.
