The stay was very comfortable and peaceful. The host was a very nice gentleman. It would have been so great to have protein included with breakfast (cheese or meat or eggs.)

The property had everything we needed from air conditioning to necessities the owner was very kind to us. Breakfast was great and filling. Would definitely recommend The only thing is the location. You would definitely need a car to get around places but other than that it’s wonderful

It’s a great house located in the country side with plenty of outdoor space, it even has a lake… the facilities were also great as was the breakfast

Very nice and clean room, in a villa, safe and quiet area, free parking space. Very nice host, excellent communication, easy check-in and check-out. Excellent breakfast with home-made and local products.

Very quiet and cozy place. Less than 30 minutes from Bologna city center. Nice, friendly and helpful host. Good breakfast. A place worth recommending.

The place is very quiet and peaceful, a 20-minute drive from the centre of Bologna, great for those who rent a car and want something more comfortable and quiet to relax in. Everything was very clean and the host was very attentive and gave great tips. Parking included and a good breakfast

The breakfast was not really to our liking, there were too much sweet stuff there (but this is very individual). But the stuff and the people around were kind and always trying to help. The place was very quiet, away from city noise. Not easy to find a restaurant nearby, but it is possible. The people may be a bit noisy, the doors have not real sound isolation properties, so you can hear behind the closed doors, what the people are doing/talking on the passageway.

The host was attentive to the COVID requirements. The food was served in packages to minimize the possibility of virus transmission. There was parking available in front of the house. No issues here. Everything was as we wished.
