My biggest complaint is the pool was occupied by trainers to give swimming lessons. My 9 year old daughter were not able to use the pool for 2 of the 3 days we were there. She was upset because that is her favorite thing to do with me.

Conveniently located near the airport. I was able to park my car there while traveling which saved me time, mileage and the need for a pickup on return.

Not at all what I expected... flooring, room set up (other than the comfortable bed), furniture... just all felt subpar, looked subpar. Needs pictures and transparency OR needs to be brought up to standard.

Staff was helpful. Continental breakfast worked well cool and spa were well maintained.

The air conditioning in the room did not work and the room was 80 degrees

Loved how it was away from busy streets and was very quiet

Everything it’s good. The breakfast ends early in the morning which is not convenient if you are not traveling on that day, yo have to wake up early to take the included breakfast

Nicest Staff I’ve ever encountered.

The rooms were very clean. The front desk clerk was not friendly at all act like she really didn’t want to be there and the breakfast was absolutely terrible and a lot of the stuff was back ordered at breakfast.

Room smelled bad. No hand soap in the bathroom. Breakfast bar empty and long delays for food. Double charged for my room

Did the check in by phone so all I needed was our key. Woman working at the front desk was calling her boss because there was no one to drive the shuttle to the airport. When she ended that call she started to make another call on her cell phone. Good customer service would be assisting the customer in front of you prior to making another call. I interrupted her call to tell her I just needed my key and she rolled her eyes and was visibly irritated, but when she realized I wouldn’t need much of her time her attitude changed and she gave me my key. Room was super humid, stains on the ceiling, no usb ports and outlets were near impossible to access. Tv also needed to be replaced and worked intermittently. Would rather have to stay further from XNA than stay here again.

The place is ok, killer staff!

The room was clean and beds were soft. The breakfast was great and had a bigger varieties than most hotels. The only complaint was the pool was being used for swimming lessons by multiple people who were definitely not guests. We could barely use the pool because of the crowding, but we did enjoy the hot tub.

Always the best solution for an early flight!
