Wingate by Wyndham Bentonville AR

We booked a suite to take advantage of the table and chairs because we had work that needed to be done. The table was super wobbly and uneven. The couch was sunken down in the middle and one side of the king size bed was broken down. The staff was pleasant and everything was clean but our room definitely needed a refresh of furniture and lighting.

Staff were very helpful and shuttle service was excellent.

Room was ok. But the breakfast was not worth eating. Stale cereal and mediocre variety. It was fine for one night but wouldn’t be worth it for more than that.

This was our 2nd time using this hotel. Very comfortable and convenient. All employees were wonderful each time we've stayed there. Shuttle drivers were very timely and courteous. The only issue we had was the TV remote not working at first. Turns out it had to be right in front of the TV. Breakfast was very good.

Staff was amazing. Go is the free shuttle to the airport at 6:00 am but they begin at 4 am if you need it. The free breakfast was the best we had in any motels in the last 5 days on a 2100 mile drive to deliver a car to our son. The main breakfast chef was an amazing friendly lady and they provided a ton of super options.

Further away from town than I expected. Outside of hotel looked like the paint was thin and wearing out.

The smell in the hallways was pretty bad. It smelled like urine for most of my stay

Very convenient to XNA, and has a shuttle (didn’t need). Is quiet. Not really near anything else. The breakfast is better than average, with good hot choices, good coffee, and early morning availability. The facility itself could do with an upgrade. Starting to be a bit musty.

Adequate parking and decent hotel overall Room servicing was suppose to be once every 3 days, which I didn't like, but they never serviced it at all - M to F stay. And, no apology from staff.

Staff was friendly. It was really run down. Just look at the bottom of the bathroom door. Also the floor was cheap.

No complaints

Very dated, doesn’t appear to have been any updates in a very long time, rooms were clean but hallways were not, there was a smell in the halls & food was basic. Not bad but won’t stay again.

Breakfast The room and furnishings are not in good shape. The extra fee for late check-out was a waste of money because our key cards stopped working right at 11am. The front desk staff when we checked in and out were less than helpful or concerned.

Very convenient being only five minutes from the airport
