The breakfast was plentiful and offered a great variety. The hotel's location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, a great place to stay. The only downside was that the rooftop restaurant was only accessible for dining. It would have been great if hotel guests had also been able to visit it just for drinks and to enjoy the view.

The room was beautiful and spacious, fantastic location, very clean, and the staff were so nice and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, something for everyone's taste. I didn't get to experience the rooftop terrace as I couldn't top going back to Citta Alta There is nothing to not like about this hotel !!

Great location in the lower city, a short walk to the funicular. Very clean and modern. Room had a nice wrap around balcony with a view of the upper city. The restaurant had an incredible view but unfortunately it was not really accessible except for limited hours and only for formal meals. We would have eaten dinner but the restaurant does not open until 7.45. It would be good for there to be bar or some other way for hotel guests to be able to experience the view.

Everything was excellent. We coudn't choose better hotel for our stay. The room was super clean and the bed very comfortable. It had everything we needed. The breakfast was definitely a highlight, wide range of products and excellent coffee. The location was perfect, very close to the old town of Bergamo.

Great location in the middle between train station and Citta Alta, view from the hotel window to Citta Alta, Gluten free breakfast selection for my wife and son with celiac disease. The hotel is rather old so some renovations will come sooner or later. One glass windows do not protect well from outside voices. Nevertheless it was not a problem!

Excellent location and comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast as well. Room air conditioning blowing onto the bed was not that pleasant

Room was very clean with a very comfortable bed. There was a big closet with room to open one suitcase. The bathroom had a great shower. The roof top restaurant was very nice, the staff equally nice and verygood food.! The bathroom had a column blocking part of the entrance, was very small and did not have nice amenities. After the good experience with the roof top restaurant, the breakfast was disappointing. The staff was not friendly or attentive at all and some were just grumpy.

I'm a coeliac and the staff provided a lovely gluten free breakfast direct from the kitchen for me. I was very well cared for. The staff were lovely.
