The caretaker put me in the room with a man and he got weird arriving at five in the morning. It was very scary.

The room that I found, as I had no idea where the room where I should have stayed was There were no answers from the hotel's WhatsApp number, neither before nor during the reservation day. I had no idea where my room is, there were a lot of bugs in the bathroom, I stayed in the only room that I could find, the room was very noisy. Absolutely horrible experience

Friendly and helpful staff.

This place seemed so bad, I did not stay there. This place looked awful from the outside and the inside. I plan to submit a complain to booking.com and request my money back. The building looks ran down, no staff, smelled terrible, and some of the doors had locks. I dont think this facility should be listed on the website.

Dirty, unprofessional, seemed like a horror movie. Nothing was like it should.

The bad not comfortable

Very comfortable room, good value for money spent! It was easy contact by phone regarding additional information, lady helped us and give all information Nothing! It is not so close to the city center, but close to the airport and big supermarket:)

I think Bergamo is a place most tourists visit in transition to another destination. Hotels around the airport are extremely expensive and so I understand the option for a budget hotel for one night. You get what you pay for. I agree with the comments here, that the Post Hotel is very rundown. It is more realistic to call the "bathroom" a wet room. It dried surprisingly very quickly though, and there was always hot water. The landlady, Margarite , is very kind and speaks French and English well. There is a supermarket a stone's throw away and the hotel is easily accessible by public transport. The profile on booking.com boasts airport transfer, but this is misleading and should be scrapped. Some of the towels and bedding were threadbare.

The host was wonderful, we were late in the evening on arrival and she was so lovely. she even gave us little Easter treats as we left. It’s easy to get to and just like an apartment building. It’s was perfect for our one night stay! The balcony was a massive bonus. The only downside was that the shower drainage failed so we had a bit of a flood, but the owner was not phased by this! Super easy, close to airport stay. Would definitely return

Super affordable room (compared to others in the same area) situated right next to the airport, 5 minute via taxi. The owner is super responsive, when you get there you give her a call and she shows up to show you the room. She also helps you book a taxi from the hotel to the airport. The room was comfortable and clean, hot water, soap and towels provided. I'll definitely go again when I need to sleep near the airport.

Bad

It’s nice and cozy. The owner is really nice and quite helpful. The pillow was not comfortable at all. Since the property is just by the main road it gets quite noisy.
