Beautiful hotel in a nice quiet location, but still close to both the old town and the city centre. Decor really well-appointed throughout the hotel, very comfortable bed, lovely garden area for dining and post-dinner drinks. Air-conditioning very welcome in the room. Staff very friendly and helpful. A great stay in Bergamo. Nothing - all good.

The choices at breakfast can be improved. There is little variety and if one stays for more than 2-3 nights it will get too repetitive.

• The room location was very convenient and well positioned within the property. • The hotel itself is in an excellent location, close to the city center and easy to access. • The parking price (€15 per day) was reasonable and suitable for the area. • There was noticeable dust during the day that reached the room, even though housekeeping was carried out daily. • The breakfast service was inconsistent — some staff members were very welcoming and professional, while others seemed to need more hospitality training. • The breakfast area felt a bit disorganized. It was unclear whether this was due to higher occupancy at the time or if it is usually like this, but better coordination would improve the experience.

The location was lovely. It is very well located in the area. The parking is convenient. The breakfast provided at the premises is wonderful and the variety is huge. The rooms are small – which is clearly stated on the website.

This hotel is stunning! We loved our stay here - comfy room, beautiful decor, great breakfast. We also had dinner at the hotel, great food and beautiful dining room. The location is perfect, right in the car free old town of the lower city. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, clean and modern. Friendly staff. Convenient parking. The elevator nearest our room was broken and we had to use several sets of stairs, which we specifically did not want to do. The mattress was very hard. The hotel is kind of a maze with insufficient signage.

Lovely hotel in beautifully restored palace. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The room had a fake perfume smell like a New York City taxi cab that has one of those cloying air fresheners hanging from its rear view mirror. Usually those are used to cover up a smell like cigarette smoke up, but in this case I think the cleaning ladies thought it was just classy to use more. In fact it almost drove us out of the otherwise classy hotel!
