* Brand-new property with excellent facilities. * Spacious balconies. * Convenient underground parking. * Courteous and professional staff – a special shout-out to Silvia and Giulia who have been wonderful at the front desk! * Fantastic rooftop restaurant with beautiful views of Città Alta. * Food is available all day at the lounge bar, which is quite uncommon in Bergamo, where all the other hotels we've stayed at stop serving lunch around 2:00 pm and don’t reopen until 7:00 pm for dinner. Air conditioning can be choppy but honestly I've come to believe that it's a common Italy thing. Luckily the staff handled the situation very professionally.

Good facilities, clean, modern, spacious Room allocation was disappointing. I selected a Premium room, expecting a good location as well as the quality of room. However, even though the hotel was not busy, the allocated room was on a low (1st) floor and facing a metro line and noisy building works that started early morning. Also I accidentally left an expensive garment in the room but when I returned to retrieve it, it could not be traced.

Conveniently located near the airport Restaurants and food offerings are offered by third party external providers which means that you must pay on the spot rather than charging your room.

It’s a brand new hotel and close to the train station. Basically, the hotel was not functional. The electricity was going on and off multiple times during our one day stay. The air conditioning system was not working and the room was super hot. The phone in the room was not working so I had to call the reception using my cell phone. At night elevators were not working too. Construction is going on in the front of the hotel which could be annoying. Does not worth the money for this level of service!

Bathroom drain was clogged and the whole bathroom floor had water over it after showering.

Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Great breakfast. No complaints.

I loved the room, the location, the staff. The food options.

Property was great but no swiming pool in the hotel as they advertise. As you can see in their photos there is a swiming pool. I was with a baby and came here because they had the pool. The Spa is not in the hotel, it’s charged and they don’t accept babies. They should not sell that the pool is in the hotel. The staff was not even able to admit the mistake and say sorry.

We had a premium double room with balcony. Breakfast was excellent. Very modern room with huge balcony. The plugs in the room was equipped with ports to plug in your devices. Great shower and fabulous bathroom. We loved this hotel. Oh and the parking garage was so clean and easy to access. Nothing!

In practice, I wasn’t able to adjust the room’s air conditioning temperature or even understand how to do it. My colleagues in other rooms couldn’t manage it either.

Great breakfast, nice room but not a lot of dining options close by. We were tourists and interested in the old town area which was a bit too far away to walk so uber and public transport was necessary.

It was wonderful! Very nice hotel, the staff verry helpful and polite. The rooms are big and very clean. Breakfast was great with plenty of of options and the restaurant on the top floor has a great view on the High Town. The restaurant could have a little more dishes to chose from but not a big deal.
