Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was not edible. Everything cheap quality. No bread. Just toast slices that we couldn't eat.

The staff is friendly. The room is spacious. WiFi worked well. Bathroom ok.The location is not bad, but quite far from the center. Citta Alta is easy to get to. The bed and pillows are not the most comfortable, they could work on that. Breakfast is the same every morning, and really simple, and if something is eaten, they rarely refill it

Great location
-
practical location for the reasons of my visit to Bergamo
-
It was difficult to locate the reception, and after being told I would receive the invoice by email, Iβve been waiting for weeks with no response from the hotel, which has been ignoring my requests.
-
Room and bathroom were good. Wifi didnt work at all and the 4G/5G didnt work in the room, just on the window with the phone outside the room

Nice atmosphere, cozy environment, spacious room, clean and a great restaurant inside. Friendly staff Breakfast was a bit simple and if you arrive late, there is almost nothing left to eat

Overall, we had a super experience. The staff were tremendous. Location is good and in a quiet area. With lots of restaurants withing 10 mins walk.

Very comfortable, Clean, and quit. not far from the markets. Breakfast was amazing. The person who checked me in was very good with a great smile. The Reception is in another building which might make the customer feels lost.

I enjoyed the comfortable bed,the warm room, the very good breakfast and the friendly staff (helped us with some extra water and other room accommodations). The location was also really good (45 min with bus, made my trip all the more enjoyable. The free drinks at arrival were also a nice touch that shouldn't go unnoticed! I've had some trouble with the warm water at night.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, I would really like to point that out. The gentleman who did our check in even helped carry my suitcase to the room. Aside from that, the lobby, breakfast area, bar and restaurant were wonderful. Very nicely decorated, new furniture and the drinks and food were delicious and fairly priced. I also enjoyed the bed, it was bouncy and soft and really felt comfortable after an intense trip. One more thing I would point out is that the bar served some of the best coffee we drank in the whole of northern Italy. It was delicious! The room was just okay, it wasn't dirty by any means. But since it is a bit dated, you never have the feeling that everything is perfectly clean. On top of that, the one night we stayed there, there was a birthday party in the bar below and the music and guests were really very loud. It got annoying at times, mostly because this was one of our last stops and we were tired by then. However, at midnight everything went silent and there were no more outside noises. I am a tight sleeper so I slept like a log that night, but my partner complained about noises from within the hotel and what he described as "like a poorly loaded washing machine going through a very long cycle".

The breakfast is scheduled to be from 7:30 till 9:30. At the day of departure at 7:30 the was no breakfast at all and we had to leave without breakfast. This is definitely unacceptable. Mattresses were old and uncomfortable, it was difficult to sleep.

Room is very clean with AC in the summer. Friendly staff and good breakfast. It's neither close to the train station nor the old town. There are buses nearby, but they don't always run, so you may need a taxi sometimes.
-
The only thing missing was eggs for breakfast, at least cooked eggs.

Nice hotel. Close to the old town. Exceptionally clean room.

The location of the place is the only plus. It is located in quiet neighborhood. Also the last day staff which were in the reception and restaurant were very helpful (prepared us a breakfast box as we had very early flight so we would have missed the breakfast) I do not recommend this hotel for few reasons 1. Its confusing as on the same street they have I guess 2nd building, so reception is once in one place, next day in the 2nd one. Breakfast is in the 2nd location. Not explained and specified on the booking, so this was problematic for us (family with infant), especially that breakfast was in other building and that day there were storms in Bergamo 2. Check in was terrible. We were sent to the 2nd building, Statuto 29, where one guy was working as bartender, receptionist, and food server (there is restaurant as well). I have multiple times said, I have a baby waiting to be put to sleep, but he was just ignoring me.for 15min just running around and saying: wait, 2min, in very bad English. I know we are in Italy, most of people.dont know English, and are lazy and slow service, but this was the worst I ever met in my over 15y of traveling 3. The hotel, is a shithole. Old building, no elevator (our room was on 2nd floor), so if you are with baby, or stroller, get ready for good cardio. The room we booked was sold as "double bed", which in fact was 2 beds connected, and the mattresses were extremelly soft and overused. This was an issue with us, as our baby sleeps with us and in this way the sleeping was very bad. Shower is super small, and the water pressure at times was terrible, so taking shower was a challenge. The days we visited Bergamo were very hot and in the room was terribly hot, and the AC did not work properly (it was an old unit). All in all, they get score of 3 only because of the quite good location and the people on shift in the last night, that gave us boox of some food for the next morning

Good location and friendly staff Property was fine , we had the breakfast which was good however I was only allowed one coffee and had to pay extra for a second coffee , which I have never encountered before at hotels
-
I didn't get to check-in as my plane was late over 2hrs and reception closed. I tried contacting the venue as soon as I knew about the delay to see if they could arrange a late check-in, but I never got a reply. I would've slept on the street if I weren't able to find a spot in a hotel in the town.

Very good hotel with friendly staff

The location, the cleanliness, the breakfast. The A/C ran, but didn't cool the room. The heater in the bathroom couldn't be turned off.
