This was the best hotel we stayed at throughout Switzerland. The staff is so kind, the beds were comfortable, and we slept great. They have an excellent restaurant too! (Don’t bother with the Pizza place a block away, eat at the hotel ). Bergün is like a fairytale. The sledding from Preda to Bergün is a must. That we did not stay longer. Everything was perfect.

This was a perfect location to do the Bergün Preda sledging run. If you want to stop by on your way to the train station, it is right on the path.

The staff was incredibly accommodating, and dinner in the restaurant was outstanding. This isn't the hotel's fault but it seems that every town in Switzerland has at least one church that rings bells on the hour and the half hour throughout the day and night. Charming but if your window is open will blast you out of bed every 30 minutes (close your window if you are on the church side of the hotel)

Super friendly and helpful staff, dinner was great, rooms were very spacious, clean and cozy. They have storage room that we could use before and after check in, restaurant was great. We were a large group and the hotel staff was super in helping us to have a great stay. Nothing, it was great.

We had a fantastic stay at this accommodation with amazing mountain views! The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions and a great atmosphere. The room was spotless and very comfortable, with a clean, well-maintained bathroom. Breakfast was a real highlight—delicious, with fresh local produce. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, going above and beyond by helping us park our sledges in the basement. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly made the experience memorable. Highly recommended!

The location, the hotel, the restaurant, the staff, the owners, the food, the room. It was just an amazing stay. I wish we could stay longer. Will definitely come back.
