The carpets leading up to the room were dirty and my room smelled musty. There were also gnats in my room. Will not be staying there again.

Bad smell
-
The staff was wonderful. However, there were fruit flies, gnats and I don't mean just a few. We checked into one room - were inundated with bugs all night. They put us in another room, plugged in a ZEVO and it wasn't any better. We ended up having to book another hotel for the rest of our stay. Just COULD NOT take the infestation any longer.

I stay here every visit to St Louis. This place is always clean, fresh and calm. The staff are always nice.

I don't smoke. I cleaned up my mess. I stripped the bed and I'm handicapped. I was alone with no visitors. When I asked who do I give the cash to. The stoner looking fella was quick to overrule the young black woman to whom I give credit for looking professional.I believe she was in training and hopefully she becomes the front desk clerk. She appeared to to have the appropriate decorum further position. I hate to be scammed because the younger generation believe because they think sothey are running thing's. I him that it was very quite. That is the only compliment. I would of tipped the young woman $20 just for her professionalism. Good luck on me seeing the entire $$70 dollars back. Dishonesty is a terrible liar.

The location and staff Could use some type of Lysol spray, the room had a musky smell Need a TV guide printed to make it easier to find channels

The beds were broken

My room was dirty and not safe for my kids. I didn’t even stay in there and I asked for my money back or a different room and got denied that. They claimed that the beds was messed up and that the room was used there was poop stains in the toilet and the carpet was nasty. The front desk was rude and non professional. I have video and pictures

It was ok, the norm. Fried eggs, bacon and ham.

The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. They switched our room to downstairs when they saw my husband had a bad leg. She was so very kind. Odd smell in the hotel room and throughout the building.

The doors locked at a certain time and they never gave me back my deposit They couldn’t have me back my depo

Passable

We didn’t stay We did not like one thing about this place. As soon as we walked in the room, we turned right around and walked back out. The tub was disgusting. The sink didn’t even work no running water whatsoever. The whole place smelled like weed not to mention it was filthy. When we asked to be moved, she moved us to upstairs so instead of agreeing to a room and taking our stuff up, we decided to go look at the room and see if it was any better. The whole upstairs smell of weed. All the doors were open to these rooms as if they were airing them out because we told them the room downstairs stunk so when we came back downstairs and asked for money back, the lady told us no we would have to talk to a manager on Monday so we are out 116 for the room plus the $50 deposit fee that we didn’t even get back and her only answer as to why it smells like weed is because it’s legalized in that state. My husband did point out the no smoking sign that was sitting on the desk, obviously no one is following that rule. She called the housekeeper downstairs to ask them if it smells like weed upstairs he said no although we knew it did and we were telling her that it did worst place I’ve ever seen in my life. I would never go there again I would not even let my cat stay there. And a tip of advice maybe update those pictures on the website. Those obviously were taken when the place was built because it looks nothing like that now.

The front attendant The place stunk, it was in the ghetto, my bedsheets were dirty, the carpet was filthy, the bed was rotting from mold. The whole room was full of mold it had the nastiest smell.

Superb
-
The room(s) we were given smelled absolutely horrible. The smelled the rooms had flooded and weren't cleaned properly, very moldy smell. The staff was helpful in our checkout and process of a refund was quick.
-
Carpet was also frayed in the room and had to be careful to avoid tripping.

Definitely needs an upgrade!

My room smelled really bad of mildew and the bed was extremely hard. They don't seem to honor the amount you are told from booking. The original price from booking was 98 dollars but I was charged a 50 dollar deposit fee. When I asked about it they said it was in the fine print and that no one ever reads it. Honestly I've booked hotel rooms through this platform a million times and I've never paid more than the price that booking.com quoted and the rare moments it has happened I tell the counter people about it and they have always corrected the amount so I didn't have to pay extra. It's a very crappy hotel and way overpriced, I've paid for $50 rooms in motels that were way better.
