The easy access to Berry central and cafe's, pubs and shops. Good onsite parking. Room was sizeable. Paper thin walls, so heard every movement of neighbors. Older style motel, probably time for a refit. For the money need to improve the quality of the services, such as towel and bathroom products, easy upscale these and the whole experience changes....put in a pod coffee machine and the value for money proposition changes!

Beds were comfy, and new, room was clean. price not good value, thin towels cheap coffee and old hard and crunchie, not great blinds curtains , very bright to sleep!! noise from above neighbours. no reception.

Good location. Walk to cafés. Visit 2 Figs Winery, about 20 min drive. Didn't get the room we had reserved. However, it was instead given to a couple with accessibility issues, so we didn't mind. But instead of having chairs to sit on, we only had beds.

The location In the heart of town Spa bath was one of attraction on advertisement, so i was looking forward to use but it was dirty couldn’t use… was disappointed. The price was expensive for two nights Not so spacious Tea facility should placed separately not on top of the fridge Too close to the car parking couldn’t have blinds up all the time

Excellent location close to all amenities! Appreciated that I could leave the car after checkout for a couple of hours while we had some lunch and did some shopping.

Well located, vintage, quaint Much smaller than pictured, iron provided but no ironing board, the age of the bathroom fittings and size of the room was not in balance with the price per night

Location was excellent and the host communication was great My 168cm husband could touch the ceiling. Tall people beware! The bathroom hasn’t been updated since the 80’s and really needs to be. Climbing into a spa bath to have a shower isn’t great but the place was pristinely clean and it was very comfortable for 2 nights.
