Courtyard by Marriott Bethlehem Lehigh Valley/I-78

The staff was super nice and so helpful. Danny and others were so nice and very accommodating while we stayed here. We had a wedding to attend and help out with and the room was perfect for the bride to get ready in. The Bistro was delicious but a little pricey but honestly the food tasted great. I had to work some days there and the area they had worked out perfect for my meetings. Definitely loved the area as so many stores super near by. Definitely would come back here when I visit Bethlehem again. Thanks for everything guys!

Rooms tired and dated. Needs a refresh and rugs need to be removed. Wet damp mildew smell permeated the hallways and rooms.

The breakfast was simple but plenty of food. The woman working breakfast, Saturday July 18 around 9am, was specifically hospitable and just plain sweet.

Clean room, staff were very attentive. Great stay!

Nice and clean large room with 2 queen size beds.

The unit in our room was extremely loud. And there was no fan in the bathroom so it got very steamy. The bed and the pillows were comfortable.

Location to Lafayette college. There was an incident with a drunk customer at 1:30 in the morning, screaming at the top of her lungs, trying to get into rooms that did not belong to her and waking everyone in our room. It took two phone calls to the front desk to get that handled. The woman was screaming before she even came into the hotel. She should’ve never been allowed to proceed to her room. It was a nightmare. The bed was uncomfortable, sheets were old and did not stay on mattress. I reserve two rooms for four people. my husband and I had our grandson in the room with us; and they did not have any sheets for his pullout bed nor a pillow or extra towels for him to take a shower. I was just really disappointed that Marriott did not prepare the room as requested. I booked the room that there would be three in a room The lights from the parking lot were blaring into our room all night. I did not find the room darkening shades till the next morning. They were tucked back so far I did not see them. The young lady at the front desk was very kind, but really couldn’t offer much besides sorry!! Sorry you just paid almost $300 a night for a room and couldn’t sleep. I thought Marriott was better than this.

The staff was mediocre… only one person was professional and helpful. Nobody could tell me why Marriott kept putting hundreds of dollars on hold on my debit card … At one point I had over $800.00 tied up in pending authorization and my bill was only $469.00
