Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Bethlehem by IHG

It was a beautiful big clean room. Staff was helpful and a decent continental breakfast.

We had a great stay. The woman at the front desk was amazing! The room was really nice, and the bed was comfortable. We look forward to coming back.

Myself and 3 young children were unable to use the pool due to swimming lessons. We tried to access the pool at 5 pm and was met with a sign saying “swimming lessons.” We asked the front desk what time the swimming lessons end and when the pool will reopen to guests. We were told 8:00 pm. Although the pool remains open until 10 or 11 pm, we did not want our young children to be up so late with a big day planned for the morning but we had to mend their previous disappointment somehow. We picked this hotel based on having a pool! Was very very upset that we paid for the pool and were not allowed to use it for 3 hours during the evening.

Good staff attitude; unfortunately even I did verify and request no clean up was done on my room. Besides the AC is too noisy.

I liked the hot tub it was really nice , I rather you put the pool outside because it’s better in my opinion. The breakfast was nice I wished there were other options but it’s fine . The room service was really nice . They asked if we needed anything and also left us the things we needed. Overall I would give it a 4/5

There was a good variety of foods. The food and dining areas were clean Maybe another choice of coffee flavor. One that represents that region, ex loca coffee Co or flavor known in the region.

Side entry door did not work with the key- was there 5 days, no attempt to fix it

Close to downtown Bethlehem, so close to shops, food and the highway!
