Serve breakfast in room 1) swimming pool is worst not in operation 2) bathroom and room bed are not neat and clean 3) didn’t give bill in hotel and send later in WhatsApp without PAN. I request to add but no any reply.

Next to the airport, easy to get into. Bathroom hot water was NOT working, they fix it on request trying 45-60 minutes, then again the same old story in the very next day. NO room heating system. Room telephone service to front desk and/or restaurant was NOT working and we needed to go down to the front desk every time we needed something.

Beautiful room and great staff. No hot water in the shower, only little bit warm. Garbage dump in balcony view.

Well the main attraction was jacuzzi which i found as not working.later they said it need to be switched on from somewhere .so i would love to have it easy to use.

My family enjoyed alots my daughter she enjoyed the swimming pool everything was nice staff was so friendly. Next time also i will visit soon .. It’s newly property the room was big i feel like my home . Thank you all hotel team .

The location is good and the ambiance too. I have visited this hotel previously as well. But this time cleanliness was compromised, some foods that we ordered were not available. Overall it was okay. Can be improved with cleanliness and availability of the food products.

Very clean, modern hotel. Spacious and comfy bed. The staffs were so nice and welcoming with passion to offer helps to enable you for a pleasant stay there, this includes the transport arrangements. Thanks to Bechan, Bir, Bishar, Umashankar and many others I met. The restaurant meals were super yummy. Recommended for a try out there. None
