The location is great and facilities are nice. pool is clean and so was the room we stayed in. the restaraunt is nice but the food is a joke. the Chinese is just loads of pepper in everything. inspite of placing a order 2 hrs in advance and them calling to confirm it 2 times it was still wrong. the 2nd meal was even worst as more than half the menu isnt available. After 2 bad meals we decide to eat all of our meals elsewhere

The location is far from karjat city and the views from the resort are unrestricted and amazing. Room, washroom and facilities are clean. Currently the resort seems understaffed as the service was slow. It seemed that they were least interested in taking the ala carte orders. Refrigerator was not available in room.

We had booked pool view deluxe rooms. Room's size, cleanliness were good. Bathroom, bed were neat and clean. Other than room and swimming pool, there is nothing to be called facilities. They have restaurant but service was very very poor. Attitude of staff in restaurant was not good. Food was ok. At least 40 minutes to serve food order that to half of the what we had ordered. Very less staff. Hotel was not that crowded but still they were taking lot of time for food preparation. We requested for additional towel and some other stuff, it took 24 hours to provide those things. TV was not working for day 1. We had specifically mentioned that we need 2 adjacent rooms and that was primary criteria for booking, I had personally called and mentioned that to the staff however on the day of arrival, we could not get pool facing 3 room. They asked to adjust and offered 2 pool view and 1 back side room. We had not other choice than to accept. Initially they told that they will give some discount on food as they could not provide adjacent room; however they denied to do that during check-out.

Place is extremely good, we'll cleaned and maintained with imp amenities. Customer friendly staff and pet friendly place ! Food is amazing as well. Food was amazing but it's expensive.
