Ambience good 1. Service boys, reception attender not trained, non cooperative. 2. Though breakfast was included, it was not provided due to absence of chef. No alternative provided nor given concession in billing. 3. No facility for buffet brekfast 4. No dyning area / restaurant fascility. 5. Toiletries not provided

Spotlessly clean room with comfy bed. Powerful hot shower. Good value for money. Rather shambolic check-in. WiFi wasn’t working and after I complained they moved me to the room next door where it still didn’t work! The area surrounding the hotel has little of interest to tourists. The staff tried to be helpful but lack of English proved a hindrance.I suspect they don’t get many western visitors and are unsure of how react to them.

Beautiful, new and clean. Food was very good. Quiet place. Only the railway pick-up was not good. We had to fix our own transport in the end.

Best Hotel in bhopal. Best services ever experienced in any Hotel. Best staff. Food was also very delicious. Situated on prime location in new market. Rooms sizes were very big. Rooms were neat & clear too. I will suggest you to must visit in Hotel centre park. The first thing rooms were very neat and clean. They were using all the products of good quality. another factors were location and food . Staff members were polite and productive. I was receiving quick responsed on all demandable services.
