Courteous staff and The food was good. ( Br Fast and Meals) Although property is good, you can see signs of aging in overall conditions.

Very nice hotel, well maintained, clean, superb breakfast, trained staff specially Sourabh and Rohit they were very helpful at breakfast.

View room peace. n dinner Staff was too rude specially on desk diya altaf in morning shift for 4 th March 2025 Didn't solved my queries ignoring it by not answering N when I said I want feedback form Than they gave print out of 3 days out of 6 days stay Extremely rude blank faces no smile not able to solve query .young reception people don't have any etiquette even if ur paying 10 k per night staff on desk never call u back never solve ur problems bills have to checked when u come downstairs No single person call u back for solving ur queries Food extremely costly not value for money tea was horrible . Exhaust was not working n room blocked no balcony in mid of city pollution too much no plants in room plastic bottles serve N staff room cleaning were too arrogant to not even help All work has to be done by interns t N they are untrained people .
