Location was good , facilities provided were good although due to old property in central location space is a constraint . Good food . Compared to other Taj managed ( IHCL ) hotels , the crown scores just average , staffs having interface directly with clients needs training in service attitude. Feels they just want to somehow finish the job instead of quality completion . Disappointed with their attitude . Security chief Mr Shubrat Samal was of great help when my father had a fall due to Parkinson , thanks to Mr Samal’s army background , that he was having helpful and pleasant nature.

I asked for a early checkin as my flight is at 5 am but i got rom at 2 00 pm i have to wait in lobby sleeping.

The staff were fantastic. The food was amazing. Above all the room was spotless and the swimming pool was lovely. It was good to have an iron and an ironing board in the hotel room. The location of the Crown Hotel is not located in a great area. Just outs the hotel there is a lot of garbage along the street, adm many dogs wandering the streets. Although this is beyond the control of the hotel the streets were very dirty and the pollution was terrible.

Amazing Hotel...what astonished me is the freshness that i felt when i entered the hotel...the smell and feel of the hotel was awesome...the staff were too good...the breakfast with a view in the balcony was too good... have no words to describe the hotel...a must visit Nothing everything was perfect..only thing is the location seems a bit offbeat

The facility, restaurant, gym were all very well maintained. Staff at the restaurant and reception were very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Crown. The bathroom had only half mirror, so water was seeping out.

The front desk. The required amount was paid after talking to the reception before even the guest arrived. Once the guest reached, the front desk asked for the payment to the guest. This was specifically requested beforehand and as suggested payment was done beforehand. This was embarrassing. Fortunately I was there to show the payment details and the conversation went on for 3 mins. After all these , when the guest was checking out, the front desk again asked for the payment to the guest which awe full. Imagine I was not there, the staff would have collected the payment from the guest. Absolutely no coordination between staffs , centralized computer system seemed to be dis functional.

The property lives up to it's billing and is in a great location. Quite central. The bar downstairs is quite lively and serves really good cocktails. The room freshener in the room was rather strong for my taste.

The location - it’s in a quiet neighborhood, but still not very far from the city attractions. The staff are very polite and did their best to accommodate my requests. The bar in the ground floor is pretty nice. For the price paid, I would expect a little more upkeep of the rooms. Our curtain was broken and was pointed out to the accompanying staff. The toilet shelves have a lot of dust and needs more thorough cleaning.

The staff was excellent. All were professional, friendly & competent. They were happy & seemed to get along well. The food was outstanding. I hired a car with driver for 2 days. Amar was a safe driver, very knowledgable & enjoyable to be around. I have vision problems so Amar walked with me & made sure I was safe. All in all, this was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Nothing

choice of fresh breakfast was excellent, for the rate the hotel rooms were world class!!! AC in the room was not upto the mark, the vents need to be relooked at
