The experience was totally bad. The room was just basic. No wifi, no proper response from the reception staff, the room service is extremely poor; till 8 pm the hotel staff including the receptionist kept sleeping on the varandah and absoltely no response and finally, till 8 am, the hotel shutter is closed and there is no watchman to open the shutter .... till you wake up the reception guy to open the gate... NOT SEEN IN ANY HOTEL. The location is central but the surrounding is dirty.. Overall a very bad experience.. everything except the room size and the bed

Room was spacious and clean in general. Hotel staff were well behaved and courteous. Towels were changed on request and the bathroom was clean. Food was also good. Although the room was cleaned, there were nymphs (small cockroaches)

The room was overpriced..double occupancy rooms with bigger space and bed cost the same to my family members on same night as it cost me for this single bed room. Our family has been repeat visitors since 2022. but now we will reconsider visiting this hotel.

The hotel is clean and has every basic necessity. Towels are provided as well. The staff is very friendly and always tries to help, just sometimes communication due to a language barrier was not possible with a few staff members but overall everybody tried to make sure you have a nice stay. WiFi was basically not working. The process of room booking and reservation was odd as they send you a few messages every day and ask for 50% upfront payment outside the booking platform which seemed suspicious. If you fail the payment the booking is just canceled.
