Host is really friendly, our checkin was about 11pm, without any problem. Size of the room not so big, but at least there is refregerator for the beer :). Nice parking color of the walls is very bright for me.

Exceptional food, good location, cozy atmosphere, amazing owner, own large parking. Close to a road with intense traffic - a bit loud when you open windows. Thin walls - you can hear everyone playing at gamer room, but house rules mitigate late loud sounds
