The bed was awful and uncomfortable. We choose rather the floor to sleep. In the bathroom the sink has leaked. Was not able to set up the water temperature, it immediately and randolmy changed to cold and hot.The shower cabin could not be closed. The breakfast was poor, and if you were not fast there were empty bowls without refilling. During the night the owners dog was always barking outside ( -8 C degree) in a small dog kennel. :( And the room cleaning should be in the morning not at 8 p.m.

Nothing One of the most Stubborn and rude host I have ever came across and speaks only polish and no other language. Breakfast costs you additional 35 zloty per person and it not worth even penny

Very comfy beds, cozy decorations, a friendly host, a beautiful location with nature, and a small river crossing the property. Noise from the wooden floor in the property, and uneven floor in some places. I missed the coffee from the machine for breakfast. It would be good to have a strong WIFI signal when the normal cellular network connection doesn't reach the hotel.

Beds been very comfortable and wooden house style was very nice. The dogs we're barking loudly, we could hear our neighbours (child crying loudly) walls we're really hear-trough so we could hear everything, people walking, watching tv, talking, listening to music, we had poor wireless internet connection and poor ability to use our own, nobody could call us and also there was a problem with hot water we had to wait so long for it to turn hot and we almost thought that we will have to take shower's with cold water. On the booking site it says that where will be one double bed, but there was two separate beds with no ability to push beds together and sleep together with our partner.

Late check-in is available. Comunication only in local language. Very bad internet and there was no zone. The area is rather unkempt and far from nearest store. The toilet has a low ceiling, inconventient for tall people.

The house is like in Disney fairy tales, nice location, cozy interior, good view of the forest, nice host, delicious breakfast, comfortable bed. poor soundproofing, unfortunately a group of guests were singing and dancing loudly in the other room until dawn which was not good for us as we wanted to get up early for hiking. It is written in the corridor that there is a quiet time after 11 p.m., but it was not observed. The trash can was missing in the room and there was no hot water for showering in the evening.

The breakfast was excellent, and the pancakes with cottage cheese. Attantion with the steps in the staircase!

The beds we some of the most comfortable beds we had ever slept on. The surrounding area was very quiet and calm - relaxing. We saw a lot of people at the breakfast, however, later in the day and during the night it was very quiet, everyone respected the peace. The breakfast had a vide enough variety of food so that everyone in our family could enjoy it, it was very tasty and filling. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are thinking about it. I would not say there was anything that we did not like about the property. The experience was very pleasant!

The only plus was that was clean . Nice quite location . For booking double bed we got 2 single beds set together which very very very extremely thin metres and missing frame under so the mattress was going inside the floor together with your body . And we had to sleep literally separate as the mattress was separating while we sleeping . The worse stay we ever had staying in Zakopane . Also the room it’s on very top of the building which was externally hot night time , we couldn’t close the heating .

Rude hostess who doesn't care about customers. When we arrived at hotel on check-in time, we couldn't find anyone at reception, we were told, to wait in our car till the hostess will arrive. After hostess finaly arrived, the rooms were not ready and not cleaned, so we had to wait again till the rooms will be cleaned. The description of the rooms doesn't correspond to reality. And the price does not match the quality at all, we significantly overpaid. The rooms didn't have the basic things the other hotels have: no kettle, no hair dryer, not even the glasses for water to drink. The hostess speaks only Polish and Ukrainian, so it was almost imposible to communicate. We had to live on the attic, where you can't even stand straight, because there are no place. If you want to cross the room you must climb the beds, or you must walk bend over. A separate bathroom described in the description for sure were on the other floor, so we must climb stairs with all our stuff and keys, because the bathrooms was so small, that there were no place to put a stuff. Also there wasn't even a towel to clean your hands. There is no phone connection at all, no Internet and the local Wi-Fi only works occasionally. The facing of the Romos is incomplete, it does not allow to ensure basic hygiene standards. The window does not have a handle, so we even can't lock it, so the room was cold. The yard is unpaved and unprepared, so we must go through the mud. The car, the shoes, everything was dirty after this. Didn't recomend this place for anyone.
