It’s a charming, family-run 3-star hotel. Its biggest strength is the location as it’s right in central Biarritz, with the beach, Les Halles, shops and restaurants easily walkable. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and owners were very friendly. The main drawback is that some of the décor feels a little dated and the facilities are relatively simple.

facilities are lovely staff is no where to be found if you need toilet paper, towels, taxi etc.. but all three of them are there to bust down your door if you’re 5 min past check out. you’re absolutely on their schedule and it makes you feel like an inconvenience rather than a guest. super unfortunate.

We had a delightful ground floor room complete with small patio and a wonderful fish pond, which was very restful. The hotel was very central, within a short stroll to shops, restaurants and beaches. It was lovely to be able to take breakfast on the shady terrace. We weren't expecting it, however a fresh fruit salad for breakfast would have made this the perfect hotel.

The location was really great, an easy walk to anywhere I was going. The room was a good size, and so was the bathroom. I didn't opt for breakfast, but it is available. No air conditioning. Fortunately, the staff got me a good fan which made the room work with the heat. It's much hotter much earlier in Europe, so just keep in mind if you might require AC or not.

The most beautiful place to stay in Biarritz, centred perfectly just 5 minutes away from Le Halles market and 10 mins from the main beach. The room was perfectly clean, and the bed was deliciously comfortable. We felt completely at home and totally relaxed. Would recommend to anyone visiting Biarritz to book.

Location of hotel is perfect for Biarritz. Only a few mintues walk from beaches, restaurants, shops. Airport bus stop at the Jardin Public across the road. Owners of the hotel are so friendly and the breakfast was fantastic. Hotel was exceptionally clean also. Nothing to dislike. Some noise from the road at the front of the hotel, but that was not the fault of the owners.
