Best location in town right on the water. Walking distance to everything. Dry comfortable rooms - clean and new.

The room was nice Arrived after a long drive at 8.50PM, no food was available in the Restaurant , leaving at 7.20AM in the morning to visit a supplier and no breakfast was available, as the service started at 7.30AM, this was a bad choice of hotel, I've left feeling like it was not worth the money. I asked if an early breakfast was available and there was no availability to provide an option.

Clean and good location

We've stayed here many times albeit price has increased quite a bit but we got a good offer, never had cause to complain everything is brilliant

I don't know where to start. I took my Autistic son for a break away from the city. His food was served the way he will eat. We were given an amazing, quiet and very clean room where we felt safe and comfortable. Like never my son slept all night through and I felt relaxed. Everyone was kind and friendly. The B&B is a very relaxing and family orientated place. We will definitely get back soon. The game room was a very big win for my son, he learnt to play snooker.

We had an incredible stay, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room cozy and clean with very comfortable beds and great shower and bath. Dinner was good and breakfast and coffee excellent!

I loved my room - large, modern, beautifully decorated, comfortable, with side sea view. It exceeded expectations. The hotel location is also great - near shops, restaurant, beach, and coastal path. Breakfast didn't meet expectations. It is served in a depressing room with sticky tables. The tables are bare so you sit at one and wait for someone to appear. There is no juice, cereal, fruit etc. When the waitress brings the plate of food, she brings the cutlery in a little rusted bucket - and that is it I really missed having marmalade.

Breakfast was sufficient but underwhelming.

Room excellent and good size, bathroom very clean and spacious. Once we got the velux windows open very cool and airy. Bar and food closed early so no late night noise. Breakfast good although everything came to quickly. Still eating cereal when cooked meal arrived. Portions too large especially for children or small appetites. Please scrub the breakfast tables! Everyone we sat at was sticky!

If ever returned to that area would definitely stay there again Extremely creaky floorboards in the bedroom
