I contacted Expedia three separate times about the issue and got nowhere. No resolution, no compensation, no real acknowledgment of the problem, just being passed along each time with nothing to show for it. If you’re going to sell a booking based on amenities like a pool, you need a process for making it right when they’re not delivered. I’m still hoping for a partial credit for the night we couldn’t use the pool. Until then, I’d book directly with the hotel next time rather than go through Expedia.

I appreciated the $20.00 a night credit at the grill. The bed was comfortable. The refrigerator rattled with a noise all the time. The air vent blew over the bed and because of the location of the return vent it created a flow that only hit that corner of the room leaving the rest of the room stale, very poor design. The room wasn't vacuumed after the last guest, toenails were all over the floor. For $400 a night plus almost another hundred in resort fees and taxes I expected way better.

The Expedia site also showed the pools hours were 6am to 10p and the actual hours were 10-10. We were unable to use the pool as we planned.

Breakfast buffet was exceptional with different items each day. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean.

Free breakfast. There was staff always around to answer and questions. The location was perfect. Steps away from food, shopping and also things to do. There is a grocery store not far- walking distance. I would 100% stay here again. In fact, we may do that this winter for a sky trip! Highly suggested.
