The location is perfect! Needs some updating and general maintenance, such as replacing burnt out lights on the stairs going down, at the door landings to be able to put the key in the lock after dark and in the room.

Just way over priced

Close to shop and cafes, but not on the water. Old and dated, bathroom was weird.

The location was very good. You could walk to the downtown area and walk/short drive to the Flathead Lake Brewing Company. A gas station and cafe/coffee shop were also close. The hotel looks at the Swan River. The penthouse suite was large with one and one-half bathrooms, a kitchen and a double-sided fireplace (albeit not working). Getting to the room is problematic. It is necessary to either haul your luggage/gear through the restaurant and up a long stairway OR go up an extremely narrow, winding spiral staircase then up another long stairway. It was also apparent from the time I entered the penthouse suite that the floors had not been swept nor the carpets vacuumed. There were numerous cobwebs on the lights and kitchen cabinets (which is probably why I was bitten by a spider in the neck during the night). The rooms also smelled musty and of propane. The patio adjacent to the room had garbage bags, propane tanks and chairs/tables scattered around which was not attractive. If you use the kitchen and do not clean/put away your dishes, you will be charged an additional $30 (there were actually dirty dishes in the dishwasher when I arrived which I had to wash/put away so I would not be charged).

I love the town and have stayed at this hotel for the past 5 consecutive years in 4 different rooms. Great place to walk, shop and dine. Week night live music is great. Hotel is convenient to everything and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The room, called Leather and Lace, needs some upkeep. Street noise was too loud, especially when trying to sleep, roof leaked onto the bed, blind on one window was broke, smoke detector hanging by wires from ceiling, overall needs some tlc. Photo shows water marks from the 1st day i checked in and experienced the leak on my 4th day.

No shower. Very dingy old and cramped. It didn’t even have an iron. Smelled.

Quiet close to restaurants, the room was very comfortable and unique,, loved it Nothing at all

The location was very good in downtown Big Fork which is a small town. The bed was comfortable. There were steps down into the room from street level and also steps down into to the bathroom level with no handrails. The maintenance was poor (eg. wires hanging from ceiling for smoke detector, duct tape holding wallpaper together, spots on white table lace, non-functioning paper window shade, etc.). and furnishings looking worn out and mismatched. Headboard is a cowhide with all hair attached, and it looked difficult to clean, if it ever was. Routine daily cleaning was not done.

No breakfast served Patio in front of our room could use some work/cleanup

Right downtown great location. We had a very large suite which was unexpected. My only complaint is that there was no really good lighting in the unit that we stayed in. It was very dark and the bathroom vanity mirror in the log cabin unit. I had to duck down to try to see myself in the mirror and the lighting was terrible, but overall, it was very cozy and really Nice

Location Ceiling in staircase in room leaking Tub wasn’t working Bed felt damp Manager wasn’t available to help us. She said she doesn’t answer phone in late hours as she has worked all day.

They let us check in early. We could see the lake from our beautiful and unique room. The bath had plenty of hot water. It was very unique with cool appointments. Nothing to whine about, but no real milk or cream for the coffee and not a big deal, but no microwave. Nice refrigerator, though.

Location .. but not with it !! Run NASTY .. nothing clean about it Old coffee in the coffee pot . Water bottles between the mattress and headboard. Mold on ceiling in bathroom , cobwebs everywhere . Stayed Monday - Thursday, Tv didn't work , called front desk they did not care. Never got to watch it . Sneezed from mold and filth the whole time . Outdated and NOT clean . Location was great, but my favorite part about my stay...was leaving ! Will definitely never return

Location was perfect for Bigfork, Mt. Weird furnishings. Initially shower didn’t work but they fixed that. Outdoor furniture on the porch was totally rusty.
-
The windows on the ground level had sheer curtains, very little privacy or light blocking for sleeping. The shower smelled terrible.

Stated located on Lake...yes it was But the room they gave us was Street side ground level.....If I did not know there was a lake behind the building...I would have never seen it..from our room... Location of the room

Beautiful room but in awful condition Damp sheets. Roof in stairwell falling in. Tub didn’t work. Sink in bathroom didn’t work. Tried to reach someone at desk but never answered phone

Homey and authentic, great full size spa tub in the room A little worn in spots

The Inn's location is great with walking distance to fun little shops. The restaurant/bar in the hotel was also great. The room's location was directly on the sidewalk, so the curtains were closed, eliminating any natural light. I would have liked to have an option of rooms and would have requested to be on the waterside versus the street and would have paid for it.

Location, comfortable bed, No privacy, your window is on the sidewalk. Noisy (next door, street, no isolation). All dishes were dirty, including refrigerator, coffee machine, glasses…
