There was a bit of sand on my bed when I arrived, but fairly clean otherwise.

The hosts were always listening to my concerns (mainly travel questions) and have always felt understood, and replied to more than sufficiently. Nothing really; everything was what was promised/offered online.

The host Dini was extremely helpful with recommendations of activities and food around town. She also organized a car to the temples for a day. Breakfast was delicious and included local sweets and sides. The room was comfortable and the overall place itself has great local decor.

The staff is amazing, always trying to make your stay better with great advice. The hostel is in a planned renovation, but it still has work to be done.

Room is spacious and very comfortable unlike most hostels where they are crowded. The place is very safe and guarded. Location is great, you can walk to amazing restaurants and bars. Everything in my stay was great. Highly recommended Nothing

Family room is highly recommended, two large beds and a very spacious bathroom. -

The bunk beds move a lot when the other person moves.

The dorm room has lockers and a large shelf to put your things, as well as curtains on the lower bunks (just veils, but it makes a small difference already). The breakfast for the dorm room isn't the same breakfast as the private rooms, so it didn't feel like the best value. I didn't love that the bed material was very plasticky, which could get rather sweaty. Also, this didn't bother me, but it was very quiet when I was there, so this might not be the place if you're looking to meet lots of people and get that "hostel" atmosphere.

Super welcoming staff (a husband and wife), comfortable and spacious rooms, beautifully designed place, yummy daily breakfasts (they alternate international and local each day). The pick up after the bike tour was much appreciated. Also excellent location on a quiet street but walking distance to Prawirotaman. Would appreciate a fan in the deluxe room because the nights were cool-ish (September), and I didn’t want to use the aircon. Very minor preference issue though.

is really nice, just the perfect things you need! the staff is just amazing they were like family! I was sick for 3 days and they take care of me so nice! highly recommend! nothing, everything was great!

Everything was perfect. They received us for a late checkin with a big smile and for the early checkout prepared breakfast for us and made sure we took the taxi on time. No complains at all The sheets were not that clean and we only had a blanket to cover, although I’m sure they would have given us more if we needed it, which we didn’t

The homey atmosphere. The owners were lovely and answered any questions as well as tried to help out as much as possible. The dormitory was so cute and spacious. I literally felt like i found a home away from home.

It was nice to be able to cook simple meals in the kitchen. I could use the oils, condiments and spices. Kitchen was clean, organized. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. There was bread/toast, chocolate spread, delicious jam and margarine/butter, some mixed nuts and fruits-watermelon/bananas, coffee/tea. I was also offered some delicious local snacks at teatime. AC in the dorm was nice and cold. Bathroom had good water pressure, hot water and clean. Mattress had some kind of plastic feeling colorful cover to protect it- felt warm and did not have feeling of a cozy bed. Bedsheet would come off the mattress. Would be nice if room was swept and trash can emptied daily.

The deco is very elegant and charming. The bed and public area was nicely arranged and clean The cheapest room was like just on the street with motorcycles rolling around. The staff accepting me didn't understand any English so I had to use google and was not so helpful answering my questions. If asking do you have an ATM nearby, one shall provide the location instead of only saying yes we have... If the room is already occupied and someone is sleeping, he shall not open the door abruptly and turn on the light and talk with high pitch. I'm not in this industry but everybody knows it's basic sense. no hot shower only cold. The bed made strange sound all the time with just one little move though the room is really decent. The property is lucky to not receive a super low rate from me because I was tired and slept quite well
