The place was great, except the TV volume didn't work

I finally made it to check in then I get told my room was canceled that they have a policy going through third party you have to check in by time or they cancel it that’s after waiting 45 minutes for the guy to find anything out on my name I had the insurance in case but that did not help I talked to Expedia customer service they stated they couldn’t do anything then the people in the office said maybe the system is not acting right because of the third party finally they get me a room all the way in the back it was dirty hair all over the beds the tv didn’t work the chairs were falling apart i almost hit the floor it was just horrible an there was nothing I could do about it besides waste my money. I have stayed here a few times over the years an it was never like this but they need real pics of the rooms an really need to take care of their property I will never go back.

Staff was very nice and informative. 10% discount at Waffle House and the Mexican restaurant is a perk! Cleanliness could’ve been much better.

This place is good for the money. Nothing fancy, but okay and the beach is right across the street. Doesn’t look like much from outside but rooms are okay although showers could use an upgrade.

The entire property was wonderful! We enjoyed our stay! The only thing I would have liked was curtains over the blinds because of the lights outside (although it was nice to wake up to sunshine)

No coffee pot and the TV didn't work at all and the room was not clean and the bedding was awful

It was criss from them beach The ac didn't work in our room. They moved us to a small room . The pull out couch was broken no clean towels unless we ask for them an way to many people just hang out that wasn't staying there
