Even the Platinum tower which is supposedly newer is still old and outdated. Housekeeping has to be requested and then not until after 5:00 cleaning. First and last time staying.

For the price it was run down. Bathrooms were not clean in the main area. Room was nice but out dated.

The look of the hotel was beautiful. Check in was quick & easy, I was on the 11th floor Platinum side. It was a wow moment at first glance. I liked the room was very spacious but then as we walked around the room my anxiety set in immediately. The carpet was stained really bad, the light fixtures were broken on the bed, there was gum stuck on the windo, holes in the linens, the furniture was particularlybroken & the phones did not work the entire stay. Which meant, we had to walk downstairs EVERY TIME we needed anything. I let staff know immediately upon checking in!! But I guess for my first time in Mississippi & having the casino experience for my birthday, we had a lot of fun & the food in the hotel was amazing. But i have to admit, the room was a little disappointing. However, it helped the staff was amazing with prompt service which eased our stay. I was just blessed to enjoy my birthday. It was such a blessing!!

The stay was wonderful! We needed some towels and housekeeping brought them right away and then they give you a follow up call to make sure you got them. I also ordered room service for breakfast and they gave me an estimated time and they brought it right at that time and the food was amazing. Property was clean and the pool and atmosphere was also amazing. I would come back!

Rooms were okay. Not as nice as other Hard Rock hotels. Carpet stained and the light switches were broken but worked. There are also no plugs for phones or devices like most hotels have. The pool and bar were perfect though. Nice restaurants on site too

The blinds do not do a good job of blocking light due to the gap between the bedroom and bathroom blinds. Our shower dripped all night if we used it
