It’s such a shame my first impression and introduction to Vietnam was so incredibly horrid. First impressions can be everything. They ruined their country for me. Apparently, you need to check in before 18h, or they cancel your reservation? Great system you have here. Refuse to take payment online, then when it comes time, they pull the whole “wElL yOu didn’t PaY fOr ThE rOoM sO wE nEeD tO oPeN iT fOr OtHeRs.” YOU’RE THE REASON I COULDN’T PAY FOR THE ROOM, since you want to be a “cash only place”. You can’t make a decision and then penalise me for it. Then you get there, and they don’t even have change for cash. Obviously, people are coming from the airport. Obviously, they will more than likely have 500,000 bills from the ATM. Why would you not plan for that logic? A cash-only place that doesn’t have cash. It’s also funny how whenever I have a question, they leave me on read and ignore me for 6-hours, but when THEY have a question good lord should you answer NOW or else they just threaten to cancel your reservation “cause it’s not technically paid for”. I confirmed THREE TIMES that I was 100% coming, yet they still kept threatening to cancel my reservation. For what? Because the room wasn’t prepaid? That was YOUR decision to make it that way. Never have I ever felt more ignored and then so extremely harassed by a hotel. They honestly need to work on their customer service, or lack thereof. I would not come back just based on that. I had heard that the people of Vietnam were so incredibly nice and friendly, so I hope the rest of Vietnam is nothing like this place.

Very noisy room. People were coming in very late during the night and leaving very early. When they were taking a shower, the water flow was creating incredibly loud noise. It was much louder than the AC running in our room - it woke us up with no chance to continue with sleeping until the other room finished the shower. The hotel policy - if you don't make it in arrival time you suggested, your booking is cancelled. Very bad in case your flight has been delayed.

The placement is great - it's like 8 minutes from the airport, so Grab only costs like 1.5$ for a car. Plus, for the place, this one is reasonably priced. I've asked if it's okay to arrive 2 hours earlier that their checkin time and got no answer. So I arrived about 20 mins before and the check-in time started and had to wait despite the receptionist being available. The reception is located a bit above the ground and has nothing to help you with carrying the luggage up to it - staff won't help. The elevator only works if a staff member turns it on with a keycard and it needs to be done each time (so in case they are busy - you will have to wait). Some rooms don't have a window - only the air conditioner. Check photos carefully - if you don't see it, then it's not there.

Not a lot the room you book is not the room you get . The details are misleading on the room, and there is no fridge in the room. I will add more if you are Western stay away from this hotel. Bed hard, WI FI weak TV as a problem, 3 aircon units right next to your window and again no fridge in the room. I fly a lot from Malaysia to Ho Chi Ming I will not stay at this hotel again. Staff never smile and the life they will not give you a card to work the lift stupid. I would call the room they give me the worse room in the hotel the silly white man room.
