Scenery is beautiful in the middle of the countryside. Beautiful view. Such a beautiful house with so much potential, but we are never returning to this place. They advertise as a 4 star and it is not close to 2-star. Very overpriced for the non existing service they offer. Very noisy room. The reception was outside our room and you could hear everything. On top of that the personnel would live the computer turned on the whole night with music playing non stop. Personnel provides contradictory and different information. We inquire about the safe inside the closet: one lady (reception) told us the it was broken and that it would fixed after our departure; the following day, the other lady at the reception told us that none of the safety boxes work in any of the rooms. They just need to put batteries!!!! We were not provided the gate code to leave or return to the Finca. We were lucky when we arrived the first day because it was opened. The cook gave us the code because the reception was empty. They advertise internet in all areas of the finca, but when we tried to use wi-fi, it would not work. One of the ladies at the reception "explained" the finca is a "place to relax, that is why the internet does not work in the room." The room was not cleaned in the 4 days we stayed there. The day we were leaving they asked us if we wanted a change of towels. The shower-head was coming apart, the faucet was clogged, and the drain stopper in the sink could not be lifted so we had to manage to lift it so the water would go through. The walls in the shower were peeled off; you can see the wholes in the walls where they installed the pipes. Half of the lights in the room were not working. The breakfast was very disappointing for a so called "4-star hotel". Coffee and milk were served in plastic thermos! Very minimalistic breakfast food options to choose from. The day we wanted to have dinner at the finca we were told that the cook was very stressed and could not have more orders. This was an absolute rip off!!!

The finca is quiet nestled amongst the mountains. It's spacious and has beautiful views. We enjoyed the outdoor area and relaxation of the space. The service was awful—essentially nonexistent. No one greeted or assisted us at any point. 1. Despite calling twice before arrival (as instructed), no one answered. At the gate, we had to call multiple times for the code. Other guests were also stuck outside throughout the days that we witnessed. Once inside, we were told someone would meet us in 30 minutes—no one ever came. 2. Staff were rarely available. Even simple requests, like water for tea in the public tea/kitchen space, went ignored. I arrived back after 15-20mins and still there was no refill of water for tea. 3. Breakfast was inconsistent, always late, and poorly stocked. Once I asked if there was anymore yoghurt, the staff curtly replied “no” and walked away. It felt like “first come, first served.” 4. Communication was unclear, and staff were rude. My family was scolded for sitting in an unsigned area that appeared public, leaving us embarrassed. On one of our last evenings, we decided to eat upstairs where the view was as we had seen many others spend time up there. There was no sign to state what that space was so we assumed it was a public space. A man staff comes up and rudely says to my family "you cannot eat here!!" and starts shaking his head repeatedly. My sister repeatedly apologized as they genuinely had no idea. He did this in front of others. Perhaps a nicer way to approach your guests is to simply be nice, and gently ASK "did you know that you cannot eat here as it is a restaurant area?" instead of being rude and shaking your head making my family feel embarassed and ashamed. Also, if it is a restaurant area - then PLEASE PUT A SIGN THAT SAYS "RESTAURANT - NO OUTSIDE FOOD ALLOWED" in a clearly visible space or in your booklet. How is anybody supposed to know what is public and private on your finca when you don't even greet your guests, give them a small tour and explain things clearly??

An amazing place to stay. We cycled there from Soller and stayed one night. It is very quiet and the staff are wonderful. The location is amazing. Wonderful breakfast too.

The location is absolutely perfect. Right by the root of the mountains, peaceful, remote but close to the highway. Host was very nice and the stonework of the building which is standard around was still stunning. Would definitely recommend.

A wonderful old Finca in beautiful surroundings. Relaxing and peaceful. Stone floors and steps. We visited here about 15 years ago and it’s very much the same. Lovely staff.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful building and rooms were modern and well decorated.

Staff was great! They tried to solve any problem we had right away. Kind and patient with us. If it wasn't for them I would not recommend the place. The antique style is part of the chart, no doubt, but the rooms need updating, especially when it comes to the facilities like heating.

It didn't feel like a hotel, more like visiting wealthy friends at their beautifully restored finca. The property was amazing, the room spacious and the bed comfortable. It was very quiet and the views were breathtaking. However, you need a car to get there. It's an hour walk from the next village. Dinner was a bit on the pricey side with 39 EUR for the menu. It was delicious and - very unusual - cooked with moderate amounts of oil, so no tummy problems the next day. It tasted like fancy home cooked food.

Swimming pool beautiful, situation of finca beautiful, the buildings beautifully restored. Only ever one member of staff. No manager to be seen. When we arrived there was no-one to meet & greet, felt like the Marie Celeste, creepy, 15 minutes til someone appeared, the welcome was cold & brusque. At breakfast the member of staff was rushed off her feet. Breakfast was meagre, no espresso only cafetiere coffee & cafetiere often empty, tiny portions of fruit. During day no-one to be found. Evening meals very poor, out of freezer Ashtrays by pool not emptied, full of butts in rainwater. Room cleaning scant, some days didn't get done

It’s a beautiful location in an epic area. It could be heaven on earth but it missed enough staff people to manage and run the business a good way. The breakfast was poor and to few staff members -> one lady had to manage it all by herself, she was doing a good job but it was too busy for 1 person

We loved the accomodation and its quietness. The pool was clean and the breakfast outside was good :) We loved it! But it takes some time to get there, which was no problem for us :) There is no fridge in the room ..The shared fridge could be bigger :) The good next restaurant which was appropriate for us was ~ 20 min drive. But all in all we loved it & would definitely come back
