It was right on the promenade and the breakfast was good. The bathroom was unacceptably dirty. There was a preponderance of mold all throughout the shower; in the walls, on the door, and around the cabin. It felt so unsanitary I decided to cut my trip short.

Fabulous location, spacious apartment, nice breakfast. Apartment furniture and equipment could be due for a refresh. Room cleaning during the stay had to be ordered a day in advance and is very limited.

Location, food, buffet breakfast, roomy bathroom compaired to the bedroom, nice pillow. Choose from 2 sizes Room was close to kitchen on the first floor. When window was open you could hear music and talking from there. (Not excessive though) Room was quite small. Matresses were maybe a bit on the soft side

The staff was absolutely lovely, the room comfortable, the hotel perfectly located, and the breakfast buffet amazing! Since the room was in full sun all day, it wasunfortunately quite hot in there. We had to keep the windows open at night to let some fresh air in.

Fernando! Honestly he's the main reason I will remember this hotel - and extremely positively to that. Other than that. Room was HUGE (more like apartment, than a room). It was really clean and the design was extremely pleasing. To all that - there was a great view from the window ("partial sea view"). Everything in room was really, just smooth. Nothing I could pick on and complain about. Breakfast was also nice. Applause for a nicer choice of veggetables, than in other hotels in Binz.

The attic room had no privacy in the bathroom which was open to view by several neighbor hotels with no curtains. The lighting in the room was poor, the only place to have light to read was in bed. The breakfast room needs to open earlier than 8 AM which in summer is quite later!
