Receptionist was impolite. Food was greasy.

There is was nothing about the property that I liked, everything was very low standard and i will not recommend for anyone. I had a very disappointing experience during my recent stay. Upon arrival, I had to wait over 40 minutes to check in, despite having two young children with me. This was very frustrating and not a good start to our vacation. The swimming pool was extremely overcrowded, and it was impossible to find a free beach chair — most of them were reserved early in the morning. When I asked the front desk for a baby bed, I was simply told, “Sorry, we don’t have it,” with no effort to help or offer alternatives. The room itself was very dirty, and the balcony was covered in hair — clearly not cleaned properly. The food quality was extremely poor, probably the worst I’ve ever seen in a hotel. On top of that, the atmosphere was chaotic, and there were many guests behaving inappropriately, which made us feel very uncomfortable. My family and I ended up leaving one day earlier than planned because my children didn’t feel well and we no longer felt safe or welcome. It honestly felt like the staff and other guests looked at us as if we didn’t belong, as if someone else had paid for our stay. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families with young children.

The kids had everything they needed: a pool, a trampoline, free ice cream, and more.

They use plastic and don't segregate trash but that is a problem of country regulation. I was amused that they even serve ice-cream in plastic cups instead of waffles which could be eaten and not generate any waste.

The food, the outdoor pools, the room with the balcony, option to rent bikes, distance from the beach, cleaning ladies were very nice and the waiters at the dinner...were really thoughtful (taking the empty finished plates). The staff at the reception was awful. The checkin took almost an hour, we managed to rent the bikes on the 3rd day, due to: 1st day - there were 3 couple checking in and even after just saying that we would like to rent them she just ignored us. We were there already in sport clothes waiting +45min and then we just left; After we rented the bikes and brought back the keys at around 22.00 the receptionist found out that one of the IDs was not in the system (even tho the check in too 1 hour) and wanted that we go to our room and bring it down (at 22.00). After 15min we just left the keys and went to our room. Next day at the check out the other receptionist didn't even mantioned it.

Unutarnji bazen nije radio, a bilo je prehladno za vanjski. Razočaranje, s obzirom da je bazen bio jedini razlog odabira hotela.

It is close to beach and the city. I like the view from the balcony. The bed is so comfortable. I like that the restaurant and room is renovated. Pool is good Very very dirty room, bathroom… awful. Also the towels had some of the dirty spots. Same food everyday, not enough choice for vegetarian (like vegetables and so on). Fish is always fried, in one week there wasnt normal grilled fish. For meat eaters there is enough choice. The food was cold. Coffee from machine is not good. They could offer also some zero sugar drinks and limonade.

Without the all inclusive package, you are incapable to get a drink from the pool bar. Is bad if you are stayin just over night. Was the years before not so. A small table on the balcony would be good.

The room cleaning very bad . Some area in the Roman was not clean after they “cleaned “ the room .

-For kids it is ideal in the sense of that they are being constantly fed. -There are some activities for children like a gaming room or jumping castles outside. -The pool is in good condition and one was able to always find a spot to lie on at the pool. -A short walk from the beach -Newly renovated -Movie night for kids. -Staff didn’t make a happy impression and felt rather distant. -The dining room has a loud echo to it, background music might help. -A Mc Donald's has more charm than the dining room of this hotel. Very basic, no love or attention to detail. -For the nearly 1600€ spent there we were given a family room with a view onto the parking lot and the garbage container, which was right below our room. -When we checked out, we were not asked how we liked our stay. -The parking is 10€ per night, which would be okay if the price of the room was not already that expensive. -The hotel is overpriced for what it is. -A balcony with windows to the neighbour who could then hear all of our conversations. -Breakfast coffee was not good.

Location Staff at the reception not sure which parking spot is free (but lady at check out was very pleasant, Food is basic with limited vegetable offer), deck chairs Are taken and reserved since early morning and no one is vhecking on that. Insufficient number od staff in restaurant-in most cases you have to clean your table before you can sit.
