I had to come home???

Very Beautiful

Bad! Very bad! They gave me a room right next to the wall from the reception! No soundproofing! I listened to the front door banging, conversations and cooking all night long. The shower is terrible. The apartment has no windows. You can't swim on the beach. The photos are much more beautiful than in reality. The price is very high. It's good that we only stayed for the night. I don't recommend it, the worst place we've ever stayed.

Spectacular

Giovanni and his family are truly nice and super helpful. We enjoyed the spacious room and the cleanliness. The pergola outside is perfect for having breakfast, and the sun chairs area is nice for relaxing with a view to the Kite lagoon. The location is perfect for a kite surfing vacation. The kite spot is a 3 minute walk in front of the B&B We also rented a car from Giovanni, which worked out perfect for us.

The roof terrace was very nice. Having a coffee in the morning before heading off to the airport was lovely.

We did not find in our room, the promised terrace, view and kitchen. Our window was on the opposite wall. The room was dark and smelled of chemicals. The staff member did not speak English, so we could explain why we did not stay in hotel, but left and booked another hotel.

The owners were very nice, the breakfast was great and the location is next to the Stagnone Lagoon. There is a Market next to the BB. You can buy food and prepare it it the shared kitchen. Nothing to complain about

Easy going owners, close to kite spots which was a priority for us, really nice area around for running, walks... Also beautiful terrace with a view on the lagoon, kids friendly Maybe few more basic equipment in the kitchen would help (like cutting board) but this is really only small minor.

Spacious, rooms clean, close to the sea, very easy communication before arrival via whatsap, we rented bikes, had defect, on rhe way and owner helped us and arranged a new bike, i have to mention fantastic breakfast , nice free coffee and absolutely nice lady looking after us? Nothing

Clean. A spacious room. Cheap. There were a lot of kitesurfers in the nearby beach, a beautiful sight. If you wish, you can walk to the boat that takes you on a tour of the salt mine area. Didn't stay for breakfast so can't comment on that. The mattress was too soft. Poor sound insulation.

Location was great, room and shared kitchen were equiped with plenty of facilities. Plenty of space outdoors to chill or make an evening grill with friends. Free coffee in the kitchen,helpfull stuff, we could leave our bags before checkin time on the premises couldnt find a water hose to clean my equipment after kitesurfing session

B&B has an extensive area with the outdoor furniture and the vineyard leading to the seashore. There is a communal kitchen with a fridge and one feels at home due to the kindness of the hosts Although very near to the airport, the transfer is about 15 to 20 Euros. There was only one nearby restaurant opened out of season, but we ordered a pizza which was delivered with some wine in 30 minutes, and it was absolutely delicious
