Everything. Staff were so kind and friendly, very welcoming. The room was very clean, and bed was comfy. Nothing :)

Location of the hotel was perfect and the room was impeccable. Staff also very friendly. The A/C in our room wasn't working when we arrived and we had 1 night where we hardly slept due to the heat. The staff were aware and when we asked brought us 2 fans but they didn't cool the room down. The next day we were moved to another room which was greatly appreciated but there was no reduction in cost etc.

The “Continental” breakfast was the best. Good selection of cold meats, cheese and different things from around the Mediterranean. Not a stale or dehydrated croissant to be seen as so many others offer as a “Continental” breakfast. The building is modern, clean and comfortable i a perfect location. And all of the staff are brilliant.

Very friendly staff, clean, good location close to everything and transport No heating control working in the room, the room was roasting no air at all, very uncomfortable. We asked front desk twice to sort they did bring a fan but it didnt really help the heat on the whole floor was bad, air regulator was Not working we got some excuse about the heat outside being the problem it wasn't, temp control in room and whole floor was gone. One woman was sat outside her room trying to cool off/breath.

Exec King room was very well kitted out, well presented with all facilities you'd expect. Staff were very pleasant to speak with. Breakfast facilities were the worst I've evert seen at a Clayton - absolute chaos from start to finish. One coffee machine tucked away to cater for everyone, cups kept on tables rather than near machine - causes confusion, queues and delays. No-one allocating or showing guests to tables, leads to a lack of order and, in my case, lone travelers returning from collecting their breakfast and finding other parties have then taken their table. A lack of facilities, poor layout and no established process for seating doesn't make for a relaxed start to the day.

Good facilities, nice hotel and friendly staff It is opposite the HS2 building site and on the fringes of the central business area but in fairness it was well double glazed and on 10-15 mins walk into the city hall / museum area. A bit pricey.
