Great location for shopping,train station and Theatre. Comfortable beds and pillows. Complimentary pastries and cold bottled water on arrival was lovely. The toilets in the main lobby area were very poor,the one sink was out of order and the whole basin unit felt like it was falling forward and left water all over the unit and floor. Needs refurbishing. Not 4star standard The breakfast was very poor,the food was not hot it didn’t taste fresh. Pancake machine was out of order.

Room was comfortable and the hotel is in a very convenient location close to New Street Station. The staff were pleasant and helpful The gym was disappointingly closed during our stay, but we could use another local external gym for a refundable price. The breakfast was unfortunately disappointing - choice was good but bacon like shoe leather having sat in the pan for hours it seemed and scrambled eggs cold and 'metallic' tasting...

Central location near the railway station. We upgraded our room before arriving at the hotel and got a very quiet room on the 16th floor. It was extremely hot during our stay, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The staff were friendly. Everything worked perfectly, the hotel was good value for money. The mini-fridge didn't work. The continental breakfast could have been more varied. However, there were many gluten-free options available upon request.
