Floors were sticky looking Front windows were not appealing A family reunion took over the entire place and my family and I were not able to enjoy the amenities at all. I feel there should be a time limit or time slot for giant parties to use the amenities. That way other people who PAID their money to ENJOY the amenities could also have a turn. Staff need customer service training Fish pond needs cleaning Our bathroom had hairs on the ceiling Parking needs a better system Breakfast needs to continue to roll out until end time We were stuck in the stairwell because the door was broken we had to go to another floor Very nice place but changes are needed

Room not clean adequate. Room amenities not in room. I never been to a room with no towels, tissue or other room supplied items not in the room. Horrible experience
-
Spacious room, but it was not very clean and it smelled like marijuana. Only one elevator worked. Very loud. Property looked like it needed some work. Probably won’t be staying here again.

The staff was really helpful and accommodating. The hotel, however, needed some upkeep. The shower in our room was missing tiles, water from the shower was extremely hot and was hard to adjust, floor would flood when showering, and beds had hair in the sheets.

The hotel experience was unlike other Embassy Suites I’ve stayed in, starting with breakfast. The omelette station attendant came across as rude, there’s no bar, and the pool was closed, which eliminated several amenities. Parking required payment despite plentiful spaces, and it felt like the hotel was trying to extract as much money as possible from guests. It was definitely not the usual Embassy Suites experience I’m accustomed to.

Honestly just don’t stay here.

The location was good, peaceful for family and convenience for restaurants. Parking was charged separately. The room was bigger than usual hotel at the same price. The options of breakfast were not very much, but it’s ok for usual days.

The hotel was clean and staff polite.

-
Loved that there was a restaurant right on site and the full breakfast was amazing.

I cannot say enough good about Embassy suites. It is an absolutely beautiful hotel! The hotel rooms are huge and very comfortable, the amenities are beyond wonderful, and the staff cannot be any kinder.

When we arrived, we didn't get the usual bottle of water and our TV was not on with the welcome message we usually have at other hotels in this chain. Not terrible, we just missed those perks. But the bed was very comfortable! When we asked for coffee maker and extra blankets the staff brought them very quickly and were friendly. Valet staff was friendly and quick. Common areas were clean, elevators working well, breakfast was good.

Beautiful hotel with extremely friendly staff and clean rooms.

They have Ruth Steakhouse inside the hotel. A Koi fish pond in the middle of the atrium. All rooms have a balcony. Separate living room area. Microwave, fridge, iron. Inside swimming pool. Gym. Close to alot of attractions and restaurant. Valet parking. Daily manager reception with free drinks and snacks. Cook to order omelets as well

Room was clean, my son enjoyed feeding the coy fish in the lobby The hotel was nice but did not meet the expectations of staying at an Embassy Suites. I was not informed they do not own the parking lot around the hotel so had to pay extra for parking that i was not informed of prior. The nightly reception was draft beer and wine. The keg only foamed so you only got about 2 oz of drinkable beer per your two drinks. The "snacks" were a bowl of goldfish and some chips. They scheduled maintenance on griddle during breakfast hours so i was informed they could not cook anymore omelettes at breakfast. The time was 8:30 and breakfast didnt end till 9.
