Central location Parking- appreciate there are overheads but a cheaper day rate would be great. The breakfast buffet area could do with air conditioning. It’s very hot. The breakfast is great but kids love the waffle maker and you can easily spend half of your breakfast time in this queue. Appreciate space is premium but any consideration to having more given how popular they are?

The location of the hotel was really good. Bed was comfy to sleep in. Shower was nice There was a huge toenail on my 'clean' bed. I rang reception to ask them to change the bedding and they wasnt at all interested just said that he would get a house keeper to change it. It took the house keepers 30 mins to change the bedding, and as I'd gone in my room they was 'finishing up' but the had no dorty linen in sight, I think they just removed the toenail. They also muttered in their voice as they was leaving.

Rooms were a good size and clean, food was good. Fire evacuation was dealt with promptly and professionally.

Fabulous location and very central. We had our anniversary and the room was decorated with chocolates, balloons, writing on the mirror, it was really special. The room was clean and spacious. We would return in a heartbeat. Breakfast was very busy and not big enough for the size of the hotel.
