The location is perfect for early flight, nice bar area for relaxing drink. The aircon leaked quite badly but they brought us extra blankets to put on floor, we were only in room a total of 8 hours so not a major issue.

Proximity to BHX Airport Very poor quality room (301) ie 1 .Toilet not flushing correctly or not at all. …VERY UNPLEASANT.2 VERY loud creaking shower door ,3 Also VERY loud creaking springs in bed ..consequently causing many periods of disturbed sleep .

Even allowing for the very convenient close proximity to the airport facilities, £200 for one night's stay is a bit steep! And someone should take a screwdriver and spanner and tighten up some of the loose fittings in the bathroom and bedroom area!

It was in walking distance of the NEC The rooms were too hot. I guess it was warm outside, but there was no (working?) airco. It wasn't a big deal, because I didn't expect it. But when you need airco, you want it for a reason.
