The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Great location for NEC, safe parking, very friendly staff, great value. Walls very thin, and very noisy pipes in the room I stayed in which made it impossible to sleep, however to be fair 2nd night of stay moved my room and had a much better nights sleep.
-
Nothing other than the location was ok Everything over priced for this standard .i have stayed in many hotels for less money in uk and Germany but this was my worsed
-
Very small bathroom, very tight and therefore difficult to use.
-
Close to where we needed to be.

It is about a half-hour walk to the airport. The room was small, dark, dirty, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable.
-
The bed was comfortable The "continental breakfast" consisted of instant coffee sachets, cereal with no dairy free milk alternatives so I couldn't eat it, toast also no dairy free spread available, a selection of still green bananas, oranges and apples and croissants and what looked like a pack of Tesco mini muffins dumped into a bowl. English breakfast was an additional £2.50 and you only got 1 of what you selected as well as very over cooked scrambled eggs which given you had to pre book it and it was cooked to order is disappointing. There was never a member of staff present when you needed one so you had to be self sufficient and the towel rail ran constantly leaving the room far too warm except for the Sunday morning when I showered ready for work and it was off.
-
Nothing really. At least the bed linen was clean. The "room" was tiny. I have stayed in larger cabins on work ships that I have been on. The hygienic state of the shower was disgusting, Mould was all around the sealant.

Minuscule room, poor shower

The location was convenient – only about 15 minutes by bus from the airport, which was really good. The staff at the reception were very friendly and welcoming. There was very little shampoo provided, and the bed was quite short – my feet didn’t fully fit on it.
-
Room was in ground floor and 2 small water bottles provided. Duvet was dirty. When informed the staff it was changed. Room with 1 full bed but turned out 2 single beds left together under 1 bed sheet which wasn’t big enough and bedsheets coming off both sides. Bed frame not locked therefore gaps between beds. Very disappointing. Parking available but cost £6 per day which should be mentioned at the time of booking.

Good quiet location to attend the NEC. Bus stop, 1 minute walk to travel 10 mins to venue running every 20 mins weekdays and 30 mins on Saturdays with last bus back to hotel at 11.15 pm. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The twin room was good. Enough storage if you were staying more than 1 night. Excellent value for money. En-suite very small. Shower flow wasn't the best on the warm setting, but given the cost of the room and for 1 night, this wouldn't stop me from staying here again.

The shower had a leek but it's wasn't bad bad but by the time notice it I was leaving for airport lovely location
-
Nice and accessible and simple check-in Nothing
-
Great little hotel close to NEC, plenty of parking, cheap, clean, warm and comfy. All we needed was there. Would recommend. No complaints. All good :)

Didn't have breakfast but very friendly and accommodating staff Nothing - excellent value for money and location -lovely staff

I liked how clean it was, everything was very charming and the staff where lovely, it was very warm and welcoming The only thing that lacked for me was the breakfast, it stated very clearly what was their and the price but I think if they did more than a few pastry’s and toast it would be a lot better
-
The staff were incredibly lovely and helpful, couldn't say a bad word about them. The rooms were quite small and cramped, the beds uncomfortable and walls paper thin so you heard everything around you, including other people's TVs.

The room was suuuuper tiny, I felt I was in Harry Potter’s closet! Thankfully the airport allows you to drop your bags a day earlier, if I hadn’t done that there would’ve not been place in the room for me and my luggage.
